Job Description:

We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer with experience in AI Control Tower and ServiceNow platform development. The ideal candidate will develop AI governance solutions, automate workflows, and integrate ServiceNow with enterprise AI platforms.

Required Skills:

• 3–8 years of ServiceNow development experience
• Strong experience with JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting
• Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Service Catalog
• Experience developing Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Builder
• Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP API integrations
• Experience with AI Control Tower or AI governance solutions
• Good understanding of AI lifecycle management, security, and compliance
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience integrating OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification is a plus
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
