Key Responsibilities
- Support the effective operation of critical business activities.
- Provide technical guidance and solutions to operational challenges.
- Contribute to performance improvement and optimisation initiatives.
- Participate in the planning and delivery of improvement programmes.
- Support the implementation of business and technical projects.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to achieve organisational objectives.
- Ensure activities are delivered in line with company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Liaise with external partners and suppliers where appropriate.
- Identify opportunities to enhance performance, reduce risk, and improve efficiency.
- Contribute to the development of best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate is likely to have experience in a technical, operational, project, maintenance, support, or improvement-focused role.

Qualifications
A recognised ELECTRICAL, professional, technical, vocational, or industry-relevant qualification is desirable, although equivalent experience will also be considered, experience of (High Tension / Low Tension) within a electrical bias would be advantageous within a heavy engineering bias.
