• Independently create specialty items using established recipes.
• Implement sales-promoting measures and contribute innovative ideas.
• Ensure excellent product presentation, freshness, and adherence to hygiene standards.

What You'll Need

• Ideally, completed vocational training or professional experience in food retail or the hospitality industry.
• Enthusiastic career changers with experience handling food are also welcome.
• A keen interest in preparing and refining fresh meat and other fresh products.
• A genuine enjoyment of interacting with people and a passion for retail.
• Strong customer orientation, excellent communication skills, team spirit, and a sense of responsibility.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including Saturdays, within operating hours.
