Functional o9 lead to build the additional scope of work on Postponement and MEIO.

The o9 postponement go-live requires hypercare through 9/30, but with full SKU ramp targeting the same date and GTK only testable from 9/6, we anticipate needing support beyond the standard 1-month window to ensure stable OK2USE by 9/30.

MEIO design planned to kicks off in H2 as an EP COE-led, business-critical initiative it needs dedicated AM bandwidth that cannot be pulled from active hypercare.

Running both workstreams concurrently with current staffing creates unacceptable risk to either production stability or MEIO timelines
