Location: Quantico, VA Security Clearance Requirement: Position requires active Secret security clearance Certification Requirements: CompTIA Security+ (or the ability to obtain within 60 days of employment).

Years of Experience: 5+ years Seeking a senior engineer to embed with Marine Corps Systems Command and build AI-enabled data applications on the Marine Corps' Palantir Foundry environment, part of the War Data Platform. This is a hands-on build role embedded with the customer. The first six months are about getting the data architecture right and shipping working software, not producing roadmaps for someone else to execute. What you'll work on: *Partner directly with the customer's CIO staff to scope an AI capability for meeting minutes and schedule management, starting from an idea rather than a requirements document

  • Design the underlying data architecture and models before anything gets built on top of them
  • Integrate Microsoft SharePoint and other authoritative sources into Foundry using the Microsoft Graph API, including app registration, permissions, and sync
  • Build production pipelines and transforms in Foundry, and develop the ontology objects the applications depend on
  • Build and ship working applications in Foundry using TypeScript, React, and Python
  • Collaborate with Palantir engineering on repository and data access setup
  • Demo working software to senior government stakeholders and iterate on what you hear
  • Advise government leadership on data architecture, interoperability, and how the environment should scale Qualifications: *Active Secret clearance.
  • Hands-on production Palantir Foundry experience: Pipeline Builder, code repositories, transforms, and ontology development
  • Strong application development ability in TypeScript, React, and Python
  • Real experience integrating external APIs and moving data between enterprise systems
  • You have shipped an AI or LLM-backed feature to actual users and handled it being wrong in production
Comfort with ambiguity. You've walked into a project where the customer couldn't articulate what they wanted and returned with a scope
  • Ability to hold your own in a room with senior government leadership Preferred Experience: *Foundry application layer: Ontology SDK, Workshop, AIP
  • Microsoft Graph API and SharePoint Online integration
  • Databricks, Spark, or lakehouse architecture experience
  • Prior work with the War Data Platform, Advana, or comparable DoD enterprise data platforms
  • Federated or distributed data architecture design
  • IAT Level II (Security+). If you don't have it, we'll pay for it.
  • Marine Corps, Navy, or DoD modernization experience Travel Requirement: Minimal, if any
