Location: Brisbane CBD

Contract: 6 months, with possible 6-month extension

Start Date: 17 July 2026

Work Arrangement: Brisbane-based role. The successful candidate must be available to work onsite every day for the first month.

Paxus is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Technical Developer to support the delivery of enterprise-level business solutions across Dynamics 365, .NET and Azure technologies.

This role will suit a hands-on technical developer with strong experience building and customising solutions within the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environment, as well as integrating D365 with external systems.

About the Role

As the Dynamics 365 Technical Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, customising and supporting robust business applications that meet enterprise requirements. You will work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders and project resources to deliver scalable, secure and well-documented solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise-level applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365, .NET and Azure technologies


• Build and customise Model-Driven Apps within the Dynamics 365 environment


• Develop plugins, web resources and custom workflows in Dynamics 365


• Create and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and external business systems


• Develop custom functionality using C#, JavaScript and TypeScript


• Build and maintain Azure Functions and Azure Data Factory pipelines


• Design dashboards, reporting views and visualisations within Dynamics 365 and Power Platform


• Contribute to solution design, technical documentation and system architecture discussions


• Support testing, troubleshooting, deployment and ongoing solution improvements


• Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver high-quality technical outcomes

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 4+ years' experience as a Dynamics 365 Technical Developer or in a similar technical role


• Proven experience developing enterprise applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and .NET technologies


• Strong hands-on experience with Model-Driven Apps and customised D365 solutions


• Demonstrated experience with Dynamics 365 plugins, web resources and custom workflows


• Strong integration experience between Dynamics 365 and external systems


• Proficiency in C#, JavaScript and TypeScript


• Experience creating and maintaining Azure Functions


• Experience with Azure Data Factory pipelines


• Solid understanding of .NET, Dynamics 365 and Azure architectures


• Experience designing dashboards and visualisations within Dynamics 365 or Power Platform

• Experience in enterprise application development and cloud integrations


• Strong problem-solving capability and attention to detail
  
• Excellent communication and documentation skills


• Ability to work collaboratively in a project or delivery team environment


• Prior experience supporting complex business systems in a large enterprise environment

• Candidates must be Brisbane based


• Candidates must be available to work onsite in Brisbane CBD every day for the first month
