Job Description

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect with 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience and strong expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM). The ideal candidate will design, develop, and lead scalable CSM solutions, integrations, platform optimization, and technical teams.
