Job Description

Due to Monadelphous' continued growth, we are experiencing a particularly high level of activity across current and upcoming projects arising across a diverse range of sectors including Iron Ore, Lithium, Rare Earth, and Gold. We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Site Administrator to join our Engineering and Construction division on projects in the WA.

This is a fixed term, opportunity on a 2:1 roster, FIFO from Perth. Ideally you are passionate about customer service, take pride in your organisational skills and can foster communication between our site teams and the rostering team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and manage site-based project systems, databases and documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance and smooth daily operations.
  • Provide timely administrative support across site functions, including mobilisation, site access, reporting and general coordination.
  • Act as a point of contact for a high volume of personnel.
  • Manage and maintain documentation including timesheets, procurement and HSE files.
What you'll bring
  • 1 year experience in site administration within the resources sector.
  • Ability to work closely with site representatives and workforce management team to offer a seamless mobilisation process to our employees.
  • Excellent time management skills and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Advanced computer literacy, particularly with the use of the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet project deadlines.
