The Role • Oversee, maintain, repair, and monitor all operational technical facilities, machinery, devices, and systems. • Conduct regular inspection work and perform troubleshooting and fault rectification. • Continuously improve processes to enhance equipment availability and productivity. • Participate in necessary conversions and expansions of production facilities. • Organize and execute projects related to plant maintenance and upgrades. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training as a Mechatronics Technician, Electrician, or a comparable technical qualification. • Proven experience working in production environments. • Practical experience with process technology and PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems. • Basic proficiency in MS Excel and Word. • A quick grasp of new concepts and strong teamwork skills. • A high level of commitment, resilience, and a responsible work ethic.
