Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid - 4 days onsite/week)

Pay Rate: 50 - $53
Top Requirements:
4+ years of experience in data analysis, data management, data mapping, testing, or business analysis within Risk, Finance, Regulatory Reporting, or Financial Services. Strong technical skills in Advanced Excel, SQL, and Python for data analysis, validation, reconciliation, and testing. Experience supporting regulatory, risk, capital, enterprise data, or Basel III initiatives within a financial services environment. Plusses:
Experience supporting Basel III regulatory capital and risk reporting programs.
Experience with source-to-target mapping, data lineage, and data governance.
Experience executing integration testing, UAT, reconciliation testing, and working in highly regulated financial institutions.
Job Summary:
Consult on and support moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Risk Analytics.
Analyze Risk Analytics challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors and contribute to large-scale planning efforts.
Support Basel III Capital and Risk initiatives with a focus on data management, sourcing, mapping, quality analysis, validation, and testing.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate delivery of data to downstream risk and capital calculation platforms while adhering to regulatory and compliance requirements.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Perform data analysis, data sourcing, data mapping, and data quality assessments supporting Basel III capital and risk reporting requirements.
Use Excel, SQL, and Python to conduct data validation, reconciliation, testing, and reporting activities.
Develop and maintain source-to-target mappings, support data lineage efforts, and ensure data integrity across systems.
Execute integration testing, UAT, and reconciliation testing for risk and regulatory reporting initiatives.
Investigate and resolve data issues, partnering with business and technology teams to implement solutions.
Collaborate with Risk Analytics stakeholders and contribute to the successful delivery of regulatory and enterprise data initiatives.
