International Business Development Manager

We are hiring for a Bangalore-based, fast-growing, well-funded Agritech company that is transforming agriculture through cutting-edge AI, IoT, and automation. As the company continues its international expansion, we are looking for an experienced business development professional to lead strategic partnerships and enterprise growth across global markets.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on closing complex, high-value B2B deals, building long-term partnerships, and expanding business across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive international business development across Southeast Asia and other global markets.
• Build and close strategic partnerships with distributors, enterprise customers, and channel partners.
• Lead commercial negotiations involving pricing, commercial terms, contracts, and partnership agreements.
• Own the complete enterprise sales lifecycle from opportunity identification to successful deal closure.
• Develop strong relationships with CXOs, business owners, and senior decision-makers.
• Identify new market opportunities and contribute to international expansion strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution and partner growth.

What We're Looking For

• 6-10 years of experience in International Business Development, Enterprise Sales, Strategic Partnerships, or Channel Sales.
• Demonstrated success in closing high-value B2B deals.
• Experience managing enterprise customers, distributors, or strategic channel partners.
• Exposure to international markets such as Southeast Asia, APAC, MENA, Africa, or similar regions.
• Strong commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Willingness to travel internationally when required.
