Job description

FCN Bank is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to help lead daily branch operations and deliver outstanding service to personal and business banking customers across Southeastern Indiana. Support the Branch Manager in coaching employees, maintaining accurate and secure transactions, resolving customer concerns, and promoting checking, savings, loan, and investment solutions. Build lasting customer relationships, identify opportunities to meet financial needs, and contribute to branch goals.
