Business Development Executive - Corporate Training & BFSI Partnerships

ICCBFSI is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive corporate training opportunities and build strong partnerships across the BFSI ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with Banks, NBFCs, FinTechs, Insurance companies and other financial institutions

• Reach out to HR, L&D, Training Heads and senior decision-makers

• Present and promote ICCBFSI corporate training and professional development programmes

• Generate qualified leads and convert them into training assignments

• Prepare proposals, presentations and customised training solutions based on client requirements

• Coordinate meetings, discussions, programme schedules and institutional follow-ups

• Build long-term relationships with corporate and banking partners

• Explore collaboration opportunities with colleges, universities and professional institutions

• Maintain a structured pipeline of prospects, proposals and conversions

• Support corporate campaigns, events, webinars and industry outreach initiatives

• Work closely with trainers, subject-matter experts and programme teams for successful delivery

• Gather market intelligence and identify emerging BFSI training requirements

Preferred Profile

• Graduate / MBA preferred

• Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills

• Interest or experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, Training, BFSI, EdTech or Professional Education

• Comfortable speaking with HR, L&D teams and senior corporate professionals

• Ability to independently generate leads and follow up consistently

• Knowledge of Banking, Finance, FinTech, Compliance, Cybersecurity or professional certification markets will be an advantage
