Job Title: Oracle EPM Consultant – Multiple Levels Location: Remote – USA or Canada Travel: Up to 50% as needed Employment: Consulting / SI Environment

About the Opportunity
We are hiring for multiple Oracle EPM roles with a leading Systems Integrator (SI). Opportunities are available at various levels based on your experience, technical expertise, functional knowledge, and leadership capabilities.

Candidates with experience ranging from consultant-level through senior/lead roles are encouraged to apply.

Role Overview
At the Senior Associate level, you will play an integral client-facing role, leading projects or individual workstreams and working closely with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Depending on your level and experience, responsibilities may include:
Leading or supporting Oracle EPM implementation projects and workstreams.
Working directly with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into effective EPM solutions.
Analyzing requirements, developing functional specifications, conducting testing, and troubleshooting issues.
Managing project workstreams with minimal supervision.
Performing detailed data analysis and identifying meaningful business insights and recommendations.
Developing compelling, client-ready presentations and communicating findings to stakeholders.
Supporting and mentoring Analysts, Consultants, and other project team members.
Contributing to solution design, implementation, testing, and deployment activities.
Supporting project management and client engagement activities.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
3–5 years of experience analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting testing, troubleshooting issues, and working directly with business users.
1–2 years of experience owning project workstreams with limited supervision.
