Lead Manhattan WMS Analyst/Senior WMS Systems Analyst/WMS Solution Lead

Job Summary:
Seeking a Lead WMS Systems Analyst with strong Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) experience to lead a major WMS implementation and warehouse transformation initiative. The ideal candidate will have led at least one full-cycle MAWM implementation and another WMS implementation, with hands-on expertise in solution design, configuration, integrations, testing, cutover, and go-live.

Key Requirements:

• 8+ years of WMS experience with strong systems/implementation expertise.
• Hands-on Manhattan Active WM (MAWM) experience; configuration, design, testing, and go-live required.
• Led at least one full-cycle WMS implementation from requirements/design through go-live and hypercare.
• Strong knowledge of API integrations, ERP/OMS/TMS connectivity, data flows, and application architecture.
• Deep warehouse operations knowledge: receiving, putaway, replenishment, inventory, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
• Experience leading SIT, UAT, regression testing, cutover, deployment, and defect resolution.
• Ability to manage implementation partners and challenge/validate technical recommendations.
• Experience with cloud/SaaS, event-driven architecture, extensibility, and configuration-based customization.
• Retail, e-commerce, consumer goods, or distribution experience strongly preferred.
• Greenfield distribution center implementation experience is a plus.
