The Role • Manage and support the Human Factors (HF) Integration Management System across key product areas, including a core platform and integration initiatives. • Collaborate with Human Factors product leads to ensure smooth integration and alignment with program goals. • Lead and mentor the HF integration team, fostering growth, high standards, and consistency. • Drive HF integration across the full product lifecycle, from concept to in-service support. • Tailor HF approaches to meet project priorities, balancing time, cost, and resources. • Interface with customers, partners, and regulators in relevant forums. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree in a relevant human science or Human Factors discipline, or equivalent knowledge. • Chartership or senior/full/accredited membership with a relevant professional body (e.g., CIEHF, SIE, JES), or equivalent knowledge and experience. • Experience in the defence and/or aviation sectors to ensure best practices and compliance. • Proven ability to manage and lead teams within a technical integration environment. • Strong understanding of human factors principles and their application in complex systems. • Experience interfacing with external stakeholders, including customers and regulators.
