24/7 Network Support Engineer (Fiber & HFC)

Vistance Networks is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide 24x7 technical support for our customers and internal teams from our Sydney, Australia office. The role involves fault reproduction, problem analysis, and coordination with Tier-4 Support and Sustaining Engineering to resolve complex issues.

You will assist with fiber optics and HFC product deployments, travel for on-site services, and contribute to process improvements.
