Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant

We are seeking multiple Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultants to support a large-scale implementation for a federal client. Consultants will provide hands-on functional expertise across one or more Oracle HCM Cloud modules.

Candidates must have previous Oracle HCM Cloud implementation experience within a federal environment. This is a remote, long-term W-2 contract opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or support the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
• Gather and analyze business and functional requirements.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend appropriate Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Configure Oracle HCM Cloud functionality according to business requirements.
• Develop functional design documents, configuration workbooks, test scripts, and process documentation.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and user-acceptance testing.
• Troubleshoot configuration, business-process, data, and system issues.
• Support data conversion, integrations, security, reporting, and deployment activities.
• Facilitate workshops and configuration-review sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
• Support go-live preparation, production deployment, and post-production stabilization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a structured federal project environment.

Required Qualifications

• At least 15 years of overall Oracle ERP experience across Oracle Cloud, Oracle E-Business Suite, or PeopleSoft.
• At least five years of Oracle HCM Cloud implementation experience.
• Experience completing at least one Oracle HCM Cloud implementation for a U.S. federal client.
• Strong hands-on experience configuring and testing Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
• Demonstrated experience supporting full implementation lifecycles.
• Strong requirements-gathering, fit-gap analysis, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with functional, technical, and business stakeholders.
• Must be able to work as a W-2 employee; C2C arrangements are not available.

Preferred Qualifications

• Multiple federal Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
• Oracle HCM Cloud certifications in relevant functional areas.
• Experience working on large, complex, multi-module implementations.
• Familiarity with federal HR processes, compliance requirements, and documentation standards.
• Experience supporting integrations, conversions, security, reporting, testing, and go-live activities.
