Comply is seeking a QA Manager to champion quality across our product suite, building a world-class QA function, and ensuring that every release reflects our commitment to reliability and trust.
This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who combines deep technical QA expertise with the strategic thinking and interpersonal skills to drive quality culture across engineering, product, and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement the overall QA strategy, processes, standards, and best practices.
- Lead and mentor QA teams, including test leads, senior QA engineers, and automation engineers.
- Establish quality metrics, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to monitor product quality and testing effectiveness.
- Drive test planning, test execution, defect management, and release quality assessments.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Business, and Project Management teams to ensure quality objectives are met.
- Oversee automation testing initiatives and promote continuous testing practices.
- Ensure test coverage across functional, integration, regression, performance, and security testing areas.
- Manage resource planning, workload allocation, and team performance evaluations.
- Conduct quality reviews, audits, and process compliance assessments.
- Identify quality risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies
- Support Agile/Scrum delivery models and participate in release governance activities.
- Drive continuous improvement through process optimization and quality engineering practices.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10-15+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, with at least 3-5 years in a QA leadership or management role.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies.
- Experience managing distributed and cross-functional QA teams.
- Expertise in test management, defect management, and quality governance.
- Hands-on knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Technical Skills:
- Test Management Tools: Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail, ALM, or equivalent.
- Automation Tools: Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, UFT, or equivalent.
- API Testing: Postman, REST Assured, SoapUI.
- CI/CD Tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps Pipelines.
- Performance Testing: JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar tools.
- SQL and database testing experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Compliance, Regulatory, Governance, Risk Management, Audit, Financial Compliance, Healthcare
- Compliance, or related domains.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and controls management processes.
- Experience supporting audit readiness, compliance validation, and quality control reviews.
- ISTQB, CSTE, CSQA, PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications are desirable.
