Job description

Clinic Manager Opportunity

You Deserve a Career That Actually Moves You Forward

You didn’t become a Physical Therapist just to clock in, chase units, and burn out.
You want to treat patients well, keep getting better, and build something meaningful.

You want:
• Flexibility without chaos
• Leadership opportunities without burnout
• A career path — not a ceiling

If that sounds like you, keep reading

Cornerstone Physical Therapy is a PT-owned private practice, founded in 2008 and now the largest and fastest-growing private outpatient PT practice in the Columbus metro area.

We practice primary care physical therapy with a high volume of direct-access patients, supported by a strong, long-standing physician referral base — without care being dictated by hospital systems, physician ownership, or franchise models.

We also operate a modern hybrid insurance + cash-pay model, allowing clinicians to deliver the right care for each patient instead of being boxed in by outdated systems.

Our growth is driven by a proven mentorship and training system that develops clinicians into leaders. That approach has earned Cornerstone the highest number of 5-star patient Google reviews of any outpatient PT practice in the region.

And yes — our advanced documentation system reduces charting time by ~75% compared to outdated EMRs. More time treating. Less time typing.

Whether you’re a new grad looking for real mentorship or an experienced PT ready to lead, this role is designed to grow with you.

As a Clinic Director - Physical Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping clinical operations, mentoring staff, and driving excellence in patient care. We are looking for a dynamic leader who is passionate about rehabilitation, committed to professional development, eager to make a lasting impact in the community and is ready to guide a high‑performing team while shaping the future of the clinic.

  • Lead clinic operations by upholding policies, improving processes, and promoting a strong customer‑service culture
  • Support daily workflow, address urgent situations, and contribute to facility upkeep
  • Foster a positive, energetic clinic environment for staff and patients
  • Oversee patient evaluations, treatment planning, and delivery of care
  • Review referrals, assess patients, and develop comprehensive care plans with measurable goals
  • Ensure high‑quality treatment following established protocols and supervise assistants and rehab techs
  • Maintain timely, accurate documentation including evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries
  • Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurance partners
  • Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Current or upcoming state of Ohio license, CPR certification
  • Exercise, sports rehab, and manual-based skills preferred
  • Outpatient and Managerial experience preferred
  • 3-4 years of clinical experience

 What We Offer

  •  Structured mentorship & continuing education
  • Clear career path: Staff PT → Lead PT → Clinic Director
  • Opportunity to run your own clinic
  • Competitive salary + productivity & leadership incentives
  •  Profit-share and partnership opportunities — without the financial risk of ownership
  • Student loan assistance
  • Modern documentation systems (75% less charting time)
  • The most 5-star patient reviews in the region
  • 401(k), full benefits package, EAP & employee discounts
