Senior Program Manager – Enterprise AI

Job Title: Senior Program Manager – Enterprise AI
Duration: 12+ Months
Location: Remote – Must be physically located in the United States
Working Hours: 8:30 AM–5:30 PM Pacific Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager – Enterprise AI to lead the planning, execution, governance, and adoption of enterprise AI initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong enterprise program management experience along with practical knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, enterprise applications, data platforms, and Responsible AI.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the enterprise AI roadmap, priorities, milestones, dependencies, risks, budgets, and outcomes.
  • Manage AI use-case intake, evaluation, prioritization, and portfolio processes.
  • Lead AI initiatives from discovery and POC through production, adoption, and optimization.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across Business, IT, Data, Security, Privacy, Architecture, and Legal.
  • Develop delivery plans across enterprise applications, APIs, cloud platforms, data, and integrations.
  • Establish AI governance, stage gates, documentation, and delivery processes.
  • Coordinate Responsible AI, Security, Privacy, Legal, Compliance, and Architecture reviews.
  • Define and track KPIs, ROI, productivity, adoption, cost savings, and business impact.
  • Lead executive steering committees, program reviews, risk management, and status reporting.
  • Manage technology vendors, implementation partners, and external resources.
  • Drive organizational readiness, communications, training, and AI adoption.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
  • 10+ years of technology program/project management experience.
  • Experience leading or significantly contributing to Enterprise AI, Generative AI, AI/ML, or advanced technology programs.
  • Experience with enterprise applications, cloud platforms, data, APIs, integrations, or digital transformation.
  • Working knowledge of LLMs, RAG, AI Agents/Agentic Workflows, Prompt Engineering, AI/ML lifecycle, and AI Governance.
  • Experience coordinating Responsible AI, Security, Privacy, Legal, Compliance, and technology risk requirements.
  • Strong experience with roadmaps, business cases, KPIs, executive dashboards, and value realization.
  • Strong Agile and iterative product delivery experience.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, facilitation, and vendor management skills.
  • Ability to translate technical AI concepts into clear business decisions and outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
  • PMP, PgMP, SAFe, Agile/Scrum, Prosci, or equivalent certification.
  • Experience with Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Snowflake, Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, or similar platforms.
  • Enterprise AI Center of Excellence (CoE) experience.
  • Experience developing AI use-case prioritization and value-realization frameworks.
  • Familiarity with NIST AI RMF or similar Responsible AI frameworks.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Must currently reside within the United States.
  • Must be consistently available during 8:30 AM–5:30 PM Pacific Time.
  • Strong enterprise program management background is required.
  • Enterprise AI / GenAI program experience is required.
