This role is critical in ensuring the efficient and high-quality production of our innovative and sustainable packaging products, contributing to the success of a company recognized for its commitment to environmental responsibility and technological advancement. The Role • Operate and monitor production machinery and plants for the lamination process. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues during production or setup phases. • Ensure adherence to high-quality standards through checklist verification and corrective actions. • Accurately document material, quantity, and time bookings in SAP. • Assist maintenance personnel with repair and servicing tasks. • Perform routine machine maintenance according to specifications. What You'll Need • Completed technical vocational training, e.g., as a Machine and Plant Operator. • Relevant professional experience is advantageous. • Proficiency in quality and hygiene standards. • Familiarity with SAP systems is preferred. • Strong communication skills in German. • Willingness to work in a 3-shift, potentially 4-shift, operation.
