Parts Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Parts Sales Manager to join a reputable motor trade business in Exeter, Devon. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Parts Sales Manager to take on a leadership role within a thriving parts department, driving sales growth and team performance.

Duties as a Parts Sales Manager:

• Manage and develop a team of Parts Sales Consultants within a busy environment
• Drive sales and achieve revenue targets through effective team leadership and customer engagement
• Oversee daily operations within the parts department, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Contribute to the development of intermediary parts offerings, including warranty-backed and long-term vehicle parts
• Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls, providing expert advice to customers

Requirements:

• Proven experience in automotive parts sales management, ideally with a trade parts background
• A strong track record of longevity within the motor trade industry
• Excellent leadership skills to motivate and guide a team effectively
• Confident communication skills and experience managing high call volumes
• Previous experience managing a busy parts department and working with intermediary or warranty parts is advantageous
• A minimum of a few years in supervisory or managerial roles within the automotive trade
