Job Description

Seeking a Project Information Management / Document Control Lead with 10+ years of upstream oil & gas experience to lead project information management, document control, EDMS, and project information handover across the full project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

·         Lead PIM and document control from Pre-FEED through Operations handover.

·         Develop IM plans, procedures, workflows, registers, and reporting.

·         Configure/manage Aconex, Omega PIMS, or equivalent EDMS.

·         Coordinate with EPC, engineering, construction, commissioning, and Operations teams.

·         Manage document closeout, completion dossiers, vendor documentation, and handover.

·         Train stakeholders and support audits/regulatory submissions.

Must-Have Skills

·         10+ years of upstream oil & gas PIM/Document Control experience.

·         Full project lifecycle experience through final Operations handover.

·         Strong Aconex/Omega PIMS/EDMS configuration experience.

·         Experience with IM plans, workflows, registers, distribution matrices, and reporting.

·         Strong project information handover and document closeout experience.

·         Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI.
