Job Description:

Role: Agile Program Manager

Location: Remote

Duration: 12+ Months

Experience required: 8-10 years

Experience:

·       Minimum 8 years program management experience leading Agile teams or cross-functional, capacity-based professional services contracts (federal or commercial), with at least 5 of those years within the past 5 years; should show experience scaling Agile practices across multiple teams while maintaining strategic alignment

·       A current, recognized advanced Agile credential (PMI-ACP, CSPO, CSM, or SAFe RTE/SPC/Product Owner)

·       Hands-on experience with enterprise Agile tools (Jira, minimum) — tracking capacity, managing backlog workflows, forecasting delivery velocity, generating flow metrics/dashboards. Please include a specific example of metrics used to pivot a struggling project or improve team performance

·       Eligibility for Top Secret
