Projektleiter (m/w/d)

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner! The Role • Lead national and international projects in virtual simulation and combat training. • Manage project timelines, quality, budget, and successful execution of complex initiatives. • Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, and external partners. • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and cultivate long-term business relationships. • Conduct risk, stakeholder, and communication management. • Analyze technical requirements and ensure contractually compliant project implementation. What You'll Need • A degree in engineering, computer science, natural sciences, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification. • Several years of experience in leading technical projects, ideally in simulation or defense technology. • Familiarity with classical and agile project management methodologies. • Strong technical and commercial understanding. • Proficiency in SAP, MS Office, Jira, and Confluence. • Fluent German and business-level English. • High willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
