Project Overview

- Focus is now shifting from foundational data movement to developing new Population Health data products and analytics capabilities.

- Develop solutions leveraging the Milliman MedInsight Transport Database.
- Build population cohorts supporting risk contracts, outcomes measurement, care gap identification, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Partner with stakeholders, analysts, and product teams to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions.
- Serve as the team's healthcare provider claims SME and help establish best practices for future growth.
Required Experience
- Senior/Architect-level data engineering experience.
- Deep provider-side healthcare claims analytics expertise.
- Strong understanding of Population Health, Risk Adjustment, Risk Capture, Quality Measures (HEDIS, Stars), Cost & Utilization Analytics, and Value-Based Care programs.
- Experience designing and building solutions in Snowflake.
- Strong dbt experience including reusable models, testing frameworks, transformations, and data pipelines.
- Strong data modeling background.
