Wireless Network Engineering & Support Requirements

The vendor shall provide qualified personnel and services capable of meeting the following requirements:

Provide architecture, engineering, design, operational, and troubleshooting support for enterprise wireless network platforms, including:

Design, implement, maintain, and support large-scale enterprise wireless network environments using Aruba (HPE) hardware and software.
Provide advanced expertise with Aruba Mobility systems, including wireless controllers and access point infrastructure.
Provide expertise with Aruba AirWave for wireless network monitoring, management, performance analysis, and troubleshooting.
Provide expertise with Aruba ClearPass Policy Manager, including:

Design and deliver customized Network Access Control (NAC) solutions aligned with customer requirements, cybersecurity policies, and enterprise network strategies.
Possess in-depth knowledge of wireless networking technologies and standards, including:

Develop and maintain network configuration baselines that conform to applicable industry standards, cybersecurity requirements, and organizational policies.
Develop advanced security, monitoring, and network management solutions to address program-specific requirements.
Diagnose, resolve, and document highly complex wireless network performance, connectivity, authentication, and security issues.
Have expertise knowledge with enterprise routing and network segmentation technologies, including:

Provide network and service automation capabilities using Python, Ansible, or comparable automation frameworks.
Evaluate wireless networking products, technologies, and services and provide technical recommendations as required.
Work directly with technology vendors and manufacturers to resolve technical issues and evaluate products and services.
Provide technical documentation for network designs, configurations, operational procedures, troubleshooting activities, and implemented solutions.
Provide occasional support outside normal business hours for planned maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting, and other network operational activities.
Provide personnel with strong written and verbal communication skills who can:

Relevant industry certifications are preferred, including one or more of the following:

Significant demonstrated enterprise wireless networking experience may be considered in lieu of specific industry certifications.
