Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications supporting Claims AI 10.0 initiatives.
  • Build scalable and responsive front-end user interfaces using JavaScript/TypeScript and modern UI frameworks.
  • Develop robust backend services, APIs, and workflow-driven applications.
  • Support AI/ML-powered user experiences, claims automation, and business workflow solutions.
  • Integrate front-end applications with:
    • REST APIs
    • Backend services
    • AI/ML services
    • Enterprise platforms
    • Workflow and orchestration components
  • Develop secure services for data exchange, workflow orchestration, and business rule execution.
  • Translate business and product requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineering, AI/ML, product, business, and platform teams.
  • Build reusable components and contribute to scalable application architecture.
  • Improve application performance, reliability, scalability, and user experience.
  • Contribute to application testing, deployment readiness, observability, and production support.
  • Follow secure coding, CI/CD, DevOps, and software engineering best practices.
  • Troubleshoot production and application issues across the full technology stack.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of architecture, development processes, reusability, and delivery efficiency.
  • Work effectively across multiple Lines of Business, including PCRB, E&I UNET, CSP, USP, and Disputes.
