Job Description

My client, a leading Corporate Law Firm, with offices worldwide, are looking to hire a HR Manager to cover a maternity leave, on a 12 month FTC basis. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a highly regarded international professional services organisation, partnering with senior leaders to drive people strategy, talent development and organisational performance within a key practice area.



This role is based in London and reports directly to the Head of HR, working closely with a dedicated HR Advisor and the wider People team

As HR Manager, you will act as a trusted business partner to senior stakeholders, ensuring that people strategies align with business objectives and support a high-performance, inclusive culture. You will play a pivotal role in shaping talent initiatives, workforce planning, employee engagement, leadership development, diversity and inclusion, and organisational effectivenes
