AI Trainer / Training Lead
London (hybrid) | Full-time | £40-50k
I'm partnering with a fast-growing, AI-native skills business that's helping individuals and organisations adopt AI and apply it meaningfully in their everyday work.
They're looking for an AI Training Lead to deliver engaging training programmes to individuals and enterprise clients, while helping shape new content and programmes as the AI landscape evolves.
This is a role for someone who can make AI click.
Someone who can stand in front of an enterprise audience, simplify complex ideas, create genuine excitement and adapt their delivery based on the people in the room.
What you'll do

• Deliver live AI training through workshops, short courses, virtual sessions and in-person strategy days.
• Take participants from basic AI awareness through to confident, practical use.
• Build new training programmes and one-off sessions from scratch.
• Create practical content around generative AI, AI adoption, agents, automation, productivity and responsible AI.
• Develop recorded educational content for digital and social channels.
• Use participant feedback and engagement data to continuously improve programmes.
• Respond quickly to emerging AI developments and turn relevant topics into useful training.
• Support programme administration, including registrations, feedback and follow-up.

Perhaps you've become the internal AI champion, built automations, experimented with new AI tools, created AI content, run workshops or simply become the person colleagues turn to when they ask, "How can we use AI for this?"
What you need

• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
• Experience teaching, training, coaching, presenting or enabling others.
• Genuine hands-on fluency with generative AI.
• Curiosity about emerging AI tools, agents and workflows.
• Ability to make complex concepts simple and practical.
• Confidence working with senior and enterprise audiences.
• Ability to create content independently and work at pace.
• Experience with automation or no-code tools is advantageous.

You don't need to be an AI engineer. Content delivery, audience engagement and the ability to make AI useful are what matter most.
