Production Operator

Description Build your future in hands-on manufacturing in Dallas, TX, where safety, quality, and continuous improvement drive every shift. In this Production Operator opportunity, you’ll help produce composite materials/products while working with detailed process documentation and a team focused on on-time production. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Production Operator position include: Manufacturing experience preferred, particularly composite materials.

Comfort setting, operating, or adjusting production machinery according to Process Contr ol Documents (PCDs), route cards, and relevant process data. Ability to follow work instructions and production orders while meeting safety requirements and PPE expectations. Experience inspecting materials or finished products for quality and accurately recording production data. Knowledge of 5S or similar workplace organization and continuous-improvement practices. Demonstrate basic machine checks and report machine faults to reduce downtime.

Ensure correct and safe equipment use, care for equipment, and support autonomous maintenance. Accept raw materials, check for defects, reject where necessary, and record actions in SAP to improve stock accuracy; maintain quality standards and minimize NCRs.

Salary: $16–$17/hour per hour, commensurate with experience.
