About the Role
Build and improve a voice automation platform that helps businesses create and manage AI-powered conversations. Working across backend services and user-facing applications, you will own projects from architecture through launch and use customer feedback to guide product improvements.
What You'll Do
Develop features for prompt orchestration, dashboards, analytics, and telephony integrations.
Build scalable systems across polished interfaces, APIs, and deployment workflows.
Lead projects from technical design through production, monitoring, and iteration.
Create intuitive interfaces and APIs that make it easier for customers to get started.
Support customer onboarding, troubleshoot issues, and translate feedback into product enhancements.
What We're Looking For
At least 5 years of software engineering experience, including substantial full-stack work.
Strong frontend skills with React and TypeScript, plus backend experience with Node.js or Python and AWS.
Deep understanding of backend distributed systems.
Experience at venture-backed startups or in a fast-paced technology environment; experience with voice AI is relevant.
A degree in computer science, computer engineering, or electrical engineering, or equivalent strong technical foundations.
A collaborative, proactive approach, with ownership from development through deployment and a willingness to suggest improvements.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $215,000 to $290,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available. Equity details were not provided.
