Java/React Full Stack Developer

Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Java/React Full Stack Engineer to support a Business Banking technology team in New York. The ideal candidate will have strong experience across both backend and frontend development, with particular expertise in Java, Spring/Microservices, ReactJS, and AWS.

This is a hands-on engineering position requiring someone who can contribute across the full application stack and join the team quickly.

Key Requirements

• 3–4+ years of hands-on full-stack software engineering experience
• Strong Java development experience
• Experience building microservices using Spring/Spring Boot
• Strong frontend development experience with ReactJS
• Hands-on experience with AWS
• Ability to work effectively across both frontend and backend components
• Experience developing and supporting modern, production-grade applications
• Ability to join/start quickly

Preferred Experience

• Experience using GitHub Copilot or other AI-assisted development tools to accelerate software engineering and development workflows
• Previous experience within banking or financial services is beneficial
