ANAD Shop Floor Industrial Engineer

per government contract. (dual citizenship is not permitted). A completed US DOD clearance investigation and current, active eligibility is required to perform on this contract and therefore is required to be considered for a position.

Main Sail is seeking a Shop Floor Industrial Engineer to assist the PMO with an Adaptive Manufacturing project which will produce small unmanned aircraft systems (sUAS). This project will be in support of a manufacturing client in Anniston Alabama.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with Project Management Office Program kickoff
- Develop Governance model, decision cadence, and reporting templates
- Assist with the development of an Integrated Master Schedule
- Develop plan/approach to optimize manufacturing processes and realize value
- Develop Risk Management plan
-- Document issues, actions, decisions
- Assist with defining project deliverables and plan for acceptance steering management
- Plan and execute acceptance steering management
- Coordinate partner, supplier, and stakeholder engagement and communication
- Provide CAPEX governance and Government approval
- Define and support Change & Scope Management
- Develop a Program transition plan and assist with socialization
- Assist with interim material management workflow
- Assist with plan to deliver ERP interoperability
- Ensure there is visibility into material movement including the ability to track via workflow
- Develop a workforce transformation strategy

Experience Required:
- 8+ years of product manufacturing experience, Army depot preferred
- Manufacturing Execution System (MES) implementation experience preferred
- Manufacturing process optimization, modeling & simulation
- Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) experience - SAP preferred
- Ability to pass a background investigation and drug screening
