The Role • Support the organization’s human resources functions with day-to-day HR services and ensure compliance with policies and employment laws. • Assist with onboarding, associate relations, and performance management processes. • Serve as a primary resource for associates and managers, promoting a positive work environment. • Ensure HR practices align with federal, state, and local employment laws and maintain accurate HRIS records. • Assist in coordinating recruiting, new hire onboarding, and track associate training programs. • Provide guidance on company policies and procedures, escalating complex issues as needed. What You'll Need • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification preferred. • 1-3 years of progressive experience in human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, and associate relations. • Foundational understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements. • Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency (verbal and written) is required. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HRIS systems is preferred. • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills with high integrity.
