Lead Prompt Engineer: Production LLM Systems & Evaluation

Moonfire is seeking a senior Prompt Engineer to design and maintain robust prompt frameworks for production-grade LLM applications. You will build evaluation pipelines, conduct structured A/B tests, and drive continuous optimization across prompts and models.

You will collaborate with ML engineers and product teams to determine when prompt engineering suffices versus other AI architectures, and you will lead adversarial testing to improve safety and reliability of outputs.
