Info about what the Production / Process Engineer role entails

This team acts as gatekeepers between engineering & operations ensuring designs are production-ready with documentation, processes, and equipment. The majority of the time you will provide production support, NPD and process improvement with 40% focused on test equipment and test process development. .

Essential Requirements of the Production / Process Engineer role

Hands on engineering background within mechatronics, electronics, mechanical. electrical engineering.

Experience in either a production or test engineering environment.

Experience troubleshooting production or test processes using RCA/Root Cause Analysis methods (5 Whys, Fishbone, Ishikawa, 8D, FMEA, PFMEA, FTA, Cause and effect analysis, DMAIC).

Experience with process validation, CI and process development.

Experience creating or maintaining technical documentation such as SOPs, work instructions & process records.

Desirable Requirements of the Production / Process Engineer role

Electronics and PCB fault finding

Experience with scripting / programming in Python
