This position requires greeting our customers and completing fast and friendly transactions. Strong cash handling skills are highly preferred. This position supports Goodwill's mission by offering to round up transactions and thanking our customers for their purchases. Excellent customer service skills are a must!

Our Retail Centers are open 9 to 9 Mondays through Saturdays and 9 to 8
Sundays. Please tell us about your availability. Scheduled hours will vary based on business needs. For this position, availability to work evenings and weekends is a must!

Pay: $15.95 per hour. This position is eligible for Daily Pay! Work today, get paid today! We’ve partnered with DailyPay, a voluntary benefit to offer employees access to their pay on their own schedule. Part-Time employees in our

JOB SUMMARY

The Associate I, Retail Sales Cashier, is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by greeting customers in a welcoming manner and responding timely and professionally to customer inquiries. Sales Associates must help maintain a well-stocked and organized sales floor that meets company standards and be able to operate a point-of-sale (POS) cash register system to ensure the quality of product and pricing are accurate at the time of purchase.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

  • A High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Experience

  • One (1) year of retail sales or cash handling experience is preferred.
