The Role

• Lead a dedicated sales district encompassing multiple stores and approximately 80 team members.
• Oversee all aspects of personnel management, from recruitment and onboarding to leadership and development.
• Manage key business metrics and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives.
• Focus on achieving customer satisfaction, cultivating motivated employees, and driving strong sales performance.

What You'll Need

• Proven leadership experience and the ability to take on significant responsibility.
• A strong academic background in business or a related field, coupled with relevant professional and management experience in food retail.
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial thinking, a strong sense of accountability, and exceptional organisational skills.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal abilities.
