ServiceNow Project Manager

Mandatory

• Minimum 5 years of business analysis experience supporting enterprise technology implementations

• Minimum 3 years supporting ServiceNow implementations or ServiceNow enhancements

Requirements management experience

• Stakeholder workshop facilitation experience Business process documentation experience

• UAT and solution validation experience

Preferred

• Experience implementing multiple ServiceNow modules

ITSM experience

Employee Center experience

Case Management experience

• Organizational Change Management experience

• Government sector experience

The candidate must have:

• 7+ years enterprise IT project management experience

• 5+ years managing ServiceNow implementations or ServiceNow expansion initiatives

Experience managing complex multi-workstream technology projects Experience leading cross-functional teams
