Senior Communication & Public Diplomacy Expert

NTU International is preparing a proposal for the project “Cooperation Facility to Support the Implementation and Programming of EU Action and Team Europe Initiatives in Lesotho.”

In this context, NTU International is establishing a pool of qualified Non-Key Experts (Senior and Junior) to be mobilised on a short-term, on-demand basis during project implementation (48 months, expected start January 2027). Mobilisation will be subject to specific Terms of Reference and approval by the EU Delegation to the Lesotho.

Project: Cooperation Facility to Support the Implementation and Programming of EU Action and Team Europe Initiatives in Lesotho

Responsibilities

• Develop communication strategies supporting EU visibility and public diplomacy.
• Design communication campaigns and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Organise public events, workshops and communication initiatives.
• Prepare communication materials and support outreach activities.

Required Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience in strategic communication, visibility and stakeholder engagement.

Advantage

• Experience in development cooperation projects.
• Experience with EU-funded projects.
