Responsibilities:

• Project delivery, full support to the Director
• Project Management
• Budget control
• Health and Safety, Building Safety
• Quality Assurance
• Commissioning and Handover
• Design and Technical management , BIM, Sustainability Experience Required
• Proven track record of managing projects to completion
• Valid experience as a Mechanical Project Manager minimum 5 years
• CSCS
• SMSTS Salary / Benefits
• £60,000 - £65,000
• 1 day wfh
