Job Description

Job Title: Snowflake Lead / Architect

Location: Rhode Island

 

Required Skills:

·       Snowflake Architecture & Data Warehousing

·       PySpark, SQL, Python

·       AWS or Azure Cloud

·       ETL/ELT Development

·       Snowpark, Streams, Tasks, Materialized Views

·       Data Governance & Metadata Management

·       CI/CD & Automation

·       P&C Insurance Experience (Preferred)

 

Key Responsibilities:

·       Design and optimize Snowflake data platforms and pipelines.

·       Develop PySpark-based ETL/ELT solutions.

·       Integrate Snowflake with AWS/Azure services.

·       Implement data governance, security, and performance optimization.

·       Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable data solutions.

·       Mentor team members and provide architectural guidance.

 

Qualifications:

·       10+ years of IT experience with 5–7+ years in Snowflake.

·       Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake and PySpark.

·       Experience building enterprise data warehouse solutions.

·       Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

·       P&C Insurance domain experience is a plus.
