The Role • Develop and execute event-based marketing strategies to generate sales leads. • Plan and manage the event calendar for a team of Event Marketers within a designated district. • Oversee event budgeting, resource allocation, and staffing. • Attend and manage marketing efforts at various consumer events to drive lead generation. • Recruit, train, and develop a team of Event Marketers, setting clear goals and KPIs. • Track and report on event performance metrics to assess ROI and ensure lead quotas are met. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience in education, training, and work history. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial role. • Proven success in recruiting, training, and developing teams. • Experience with large-scale budgeting and financial planning. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong planning, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
