Job Title: Data Architect / Data Management Lead

Onsite - (4 days/week, 10-hour shifts)


Summary:
Seeking an experienced Data Architect/Data Management Lead to support the design and implementation of a data-centric platform serving as a single source of truth across the full lifecycle of a large-scale infrastructure project. The role will focus on integrating diverse data sources, establishing data governance standards, enhancing traceability, enabling digital twin initiatives, and supporting enterprise-wide data integration, analytics, and compliance requirements.

Required / Mandatory Skills:

• Data architecture and data management experience
• Data governance framework implementation
• Data integration across multiple disparate systems
• Strong SQL/database technology expertise
• ETL/ELT and application integration frameworks
• Cloud platforms experience (AWS and/or Azure)
• Data modeling and data warehousing concepts (normalization, denormalization, star schema, snowflake schema)
• Stakeholder requirements gathering and technical solutioning
• Experience evaluating and integrating enterprise systems and databases
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or similar programming language

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Architecture, Data Management, or a related discipline
• Experience designing or supporting operational systems, change management systems, or records management systems
• Experience integrating data from multiple enterprise applications into centralized platforms
• Knowledge of cloud providers, SaaS platforms, and data storage technologies
• Experience leading technical initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark
• Experience with data streaming platforms such as Kafka
