Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the CyberArk PAM infrastructure and associated components.
• Support and administer EPV/Vault, DR Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, PSMP, PTA and CCP/CP.
• Manage privileged accounts, password policies, password rotation and account onboarding.
• Monitor and troubleshoot CyberArk services, access issues and privileged sessions.
• Support CyberArk configuration, upgrades, maintenance and incident resolution.
• Ensure secure management and availability of privileged credentials and access.
• Work closely with security, infrastructure and application teams.
• Maintain technical documentation and configuration records.
• Provide knowledge transfer to the replacement engineer and support the transition.
