Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with strong Healthcare domain experience to lead product strategy, requirements, stakeholder management, and delivery for healthcare technology initiatives.

Key Requirements:

• 7+ years of Product Management experience.
• Strong Healthcare domain experience is required.
• Experience defining product vision, roadmap, requirements, and priorities.
• Strong experience with stakeholder management and cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum development teams.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Experience with healthcare applications, systems, or healthcare technology platforms.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with CVS or healthcare/pharmacy/insurance environments.
• Experience with digital healthcare products or platforms.
• Experience working with large enterprise transformation programs.
