The Role • Lead train operations safely and in compliance with all regulations. • Operate trains within a nationwide network, starting from Hamburg. • Maintain reliable communication with the control center, colleagues, and passengers. • Ensure punctual and efficient train operations. • Perform preparatory and concluding tasks for train readiness. • Contribute to a positive and professional passenger experience. What You'll Need • Completion of training as a train driver (TfV Class A+B1 or VDV 753 Class 3). • Ideally, several years of experience in railway operations, preferably in passenger transport. • Route knowledge for the Hamburg area is advantageous. • A high level of safety and responsibility awareness. • Strong communication, service-oriented, and team player skills. • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
