Location: Madhya Pradesh (Remote)

Minimum Experience Required: 3 Years

Budget: 9 LPA - 11 LPA


About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our GSP vertical at upGrad. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in Agency Recruitment Management and a strong grasp of industry trends to inform strategic planning for B2B Sales in the Study Abroad space.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and train education agents to effectively represent and promote the brand.
  • Source and onboard agents through fairs, business trips, inquiries, referrals, and targeted searches.
  • Recruit international students through a B2B agency model (experience preferred).
  • Identify and nurture potential business partners while strengthening relationships with existing clients.
  • Conduct market and client research and engage with key stakeholders in the education industry.
  • Confidently deliver presentations, workshops, and host conferences.
  • Exhibit a strong drive for success and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
