Location: Madhya Pradesh (Remote)

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our GSP vertical at upGrad. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in Agency Recruitment Management and a strong grasp of industry trends to inform strategic planning for B2B Sales in the Study Abroad space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and train education agents to effectively represent and promote the brand.
- Source and onboard agents through fairs, business trips, inquiries, referrals, and targeted searches.
- Recruit international students through a B2B agency model (experience preferred).
- Identify and nurture potential business partners while strengthening relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct market and client research and engage with key stakeholders in the education industry.
- Confidently deliver presentations, workshops, and host conferences.
- Exhibit a strong drive for success and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
